Event pros & bulk orders
Buying for a business, venue or events throughout the year?
We can help with larger quantities, logos, custom artwork and repeat orders for event planners, venues, companies, schools and organisations.
Frequently asked questions
Questions before you order?
Product details
Soft foam LED glow sticks, 35 cm long, printed with your text around the stick. Each stick lights up in bright changing colours, has an on/off switch and runs up to 8 hours on pre-installed coin batteries. Packs of 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 or 200.
Personalisation & artwork
Type your text above, choose a font and an optional emoji, then tap Preview Design to see your stick before you add it to the cart. Logos and custom artwork are available for larger orders — contact us.
Can I add a logo or my own artwork?
Yes, absolutely. Send us the logo or artwork through the contact page with your event date and quantity, and we will set it up and send you a proof before anything is printed.
Shipping & event deadlines
Standard delivery is 12 business days door to door, free on orders over $100. Express is $15 and arrives in 8 business days. We start making your order the next business day. Need them by a specific date? Message us before you order and we will confirm.
How far ahead of my event should I order?
As soon as you know your date. Each stick’s battery sits behind a small paper tab, so nothing drains until you pull it — store the box somewhere cool and dark and they will be ready 6 to 8 months later. Ordering early also leaves time to check the print and avoid express fees.
Can I pick up my order?
No, we do not offer pickup. Orders ship from Sydney; see the delivery dates above the button for your estimated arrival.
Business & bulk orders
Event planners, venues, schools and companies can order larger quantities, add logos and set up repeat orders. Use the Business & Bulk Orders button above and tell us what you need.
Safety & battery information
Each stick uses coin batteries, isolated by a paper tab until first use. Keep batteries away from small children; if a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Returns & remakes
Personalised items are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. If your sticks do not match the design you approved, we replace them free — contact us with a photo and your order number.
Mixing designs, outdoor use & brightness
Can I mix designs in one order? Yes, add each design as its own pack. Do they work outdoors? Yes, they are fine outdoors in dry conditions. How bright are they? Bright enough to light up a dark dance floor; see the videos above.

Great product would consider purchasing 25 more can you offer a better price? Thx
Very happy with service and communication regarding the product. Thank you in helping to make our function a memorable event.
Love the product but haven’t used it yet
Such great service! ;) I received the glow sticks within a short time frame given and I’m so happy with them. The dance floor was pumping! 💃✨ I’ll definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family. Thanks again, fantastic service from start to finish Vemzy Team!
The product looks fabulous and fun. Great quality and very fast delivery. Thank you!
Everyone enjoyed them especially on the dance floor Outside in open they really came into their own and were a lot of fun
Thanks for fast delivery and job done well 🫡
The quality is a bit disappointing g I thought it was hard plastic . Guess good for youngsters party not so much a wedding .
Very disappointed in shown pictures and videos they are bright and bold Upon receiving I had multiple not work they were dull lit nothing like advertised and in the advertising people dancing with them, as soon as any were shaken or moved they would turn off I feel as though it was a waste of money
Good service fast delivery
Well we have not used all of them as yet. We have tried one and we love how it operates. The writing on each foam stick is perfect and the customer service we have received throughout the process of purchasing them has been amazing!
Thanks for getting the order ready in time for our party
loved being able to see the personalisation before purchasing. Order arrived VERY quickly which was greatly appreciated.
Love them they are awesome for my new urars this year
So easy to order and delivery was great. It’s for an event in 2027. I saw these at a party I went to so had to order some for my own party! They are great and can recommend getting these to make your event F-U-N
Thank you, exceeded expectations!
They look great! Hopefully they all work at my son's wedding.
Fantastic service Although I would have preferred white not coloured, but that’s okay we’ll make do thanks again very happy
It was a great addition to our son’s 18th! Everyone used them and the dance floor was lit! The teenagers/younger kids loved them. It was a hit!
Great product! Highly recommend!!
Absolutely love these and so many different options for personalisation Will be such a hit for our engagement party
I needed these within 5 days of my enquiry. Let me tell you expectations were exceeded fast delivery awesome customer service. Fast communication would definitely recommend for your next party or event!!!
Very quick order fulfillment, great communication regularly and when we opened the product it was exactly as the website indicated. We've powered up one as the event is still a couple of weeks away but the glow stick works great. Noticeably, my family were keen on changing the modes which I didn't realise you could at the time of ordering. Thanks Vemzy! Recommended.
This was a hit at my daughter's 18th birthday party. The customer service i received was top notch. Thank you very much Vemzy.
What I ordered but thought it was a hard solid stick. It is a plastic labelled covered foam stick. Writing is exactly as I wanted. Can’t wait to try them out on our special night.
Only just received my order , but they look great. I’m sure they will be a hit with the wedding guests
Love these can’t wait to use them at our wedding 💒
Great for my girls 16th and 18th combined dance party birthdays. They were a hit with everyone and added to the fun. Great communication and super fast delivery. Thank you
The order arrived in great time with fantastic communication. We haven’t used them as the party is in a couple of weeks, but we are excited to see them add to the atmosphere. Thank you!
Cant wait to use them in our September wedding 😍
Fabulous product cannot wait to use them at our wedding celebration! Super fast postage and packaged really well. Thank you!
Wow!! The quality is next level! Also a huge thank you to the vemzy team they had our order delivered so fast, super impressed!!
These arrived so fast!!!!! We absolutely loved them on our 18th birthday camping trip. I pulled them out at just the right time and we had a ball!
Quick with postage. Very polite. I love the finish product
Customer service was great and they are light and easy to take overseas.
A wonderful company to deal with!
They are for a 21st birthday party. I needed these to arrive quickly. And they did! Site says 4-6 weeks but I received an email asking when do I need them by. They arrived 2 weeks earlier than needed.
